Trouble signing in
Three things worth knowing.
One sign-in per game
There is no shared News Games account. Your News Crossword password won’t open News Quiz, and that’s expected rather than a fault.
Forgotten password
Look for a “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If there isn’t one, or the reset email never arrives, write to admin@newsgames.org and we’ll sort it out for you.
We never ask for your password
Nobody from News Games will ask for your password by email, phone or chat. If someone does, it isn’t us — please forward it to admin@newsgames.org.
Can’t get in?
Email us with your publication and the game you’re trying to open, and a person will sort it out.
